Nicole H./ Financial Compliance Officer
Nicole is responsible for all of the accounting functions at PTP and has almost 20 years of manufacturing accounting experience. Prior to joining PTP in 2012, she worked in the food manufacturing industry. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington
Joe G. / Director of Operations – Texas Division
Joe is responsible for the Operations functions at PTP and has over 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. Most of his career servicing the automotive industry in the South Texas border, which provided services to Maquiladoras in Mexico. He has over 20 years in Quality and Operations Management position.
John J. / Director of Business Development / Team Leader of Technical Service Group
John leads our business development team and has more than sixteen years of various manufacturing experiences: beginning in the shipping department, he worked his way up to Materials Control Manager, and eventually into business development with over eight years experience directly involved in sales and customer service at Premier Technical Plastics. He was also selected to participate in the pretigious and demanding corporate leadership program (MISE) at A.P. Moller-Maersk in which he excelled. Additionally, John is a U.S. Army veteran proudly serving during the Desert Shield/Storm conflicts.
Jim M. / President
Jim is President of Premier Technical Plastics with responsibilities for sales and operational aspects of the business. He is a U.S. Navy veteran (Submariner) and has thirty years of manufacturing experience. Jim worked in engineering and management positions with Sunbeam Appliance Co., Black and Decker Corp., and Windsor Industries. He holds a B.S., Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration degree.
Zach M. / Engineering Manager / Team Leader of Technical Service Group Zach is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, as well as a M.S. in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University.
Wanda F. S. / Corporate Materials Manager
Wanda is responsible for the purchasing activities of all PTP locations, as well as customer service activities and PTP logistical requirements. She has over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing/purchasing in injection molding operations, as well as international purchasing. Wanda attended Arkansas State University, as well as completing multiple APICS courses, Supply Chain Management training and other field related courses throughout her career.
Rick T. / VP of Operations
Rick is responsible for all manufacturing functions at PTP and has been with the company for 19 years. He has over 37 years experience in manufacturing logistics, and materials and operations management, and holds both an A.A. and B.S., Business Administration degree.
